Re: few messages

Ahhhh, yes! I had forgotten how terribly hot and sticky and humid
North Carolina can be. I live in and grew up in the St. Louis area, and
thought STL had to have the most humid hot weather around--that is, until I
lived in the Jacksonville, NC area for 3 years! I remember once when my
a/c quit one summer there....my walls in my apt. started sweating! It was
just incredible to see walls sweat harder and faster than the rest of us!

And just to make this legit for sqft, I thought I'd add that it looks
like early blight is taking down a few more of my tomato plants, but
I have been able to harvest quite a few really lovely tomatoes. I'm
hoping now that the weather is drier that the blight will slow down
more. My neighbors are just astounded at how many large brandywine
and pruden's purple tomatoes I've already harvested! Yummmm!

Happy Gardening!
Gail
