Re: Ripe drying-tomatoes--what to do?...


The package on my Principe Borgese tomato seed susggested pulling the
whole plant up and hanging it upside down to dry after they all
ripened. I suppose you'd need a very sunny, dry area to do this,
which I didn't have as these were grown in Newport Beach. They didn't
last long enough to dry anyway as they ate them as they ripened.
