Re: Suggestions needed / Fire
I'll try this again now that the Thunderstorm is gone.
First, for those who wonder, we are no longer threatened by fire or
evacuation. I was never too worried about fire, but I really hated the
thought of evacuation. This afternoon's long rain probably ended all risk
though.
Secondly, I have a Thirty year old Yew Podocarpus in my front yard that is
cut into a large spiral. I really like it but my neighbors thought I was
crazy at first (they still think I am crazy, but now they like the tree) I
always wanted to do a shape that was one thing from one angle, and
something else from another. Cutsey animals are out as we live too close to
DisneyWorld and their unremittant topiary assault.
Perhaps you could shape the three trees into a stylized "Tree" shape. Sort
of like a "Flame" where the three parts would blend into the one shape
while remaining distinct. I don't think I am making sense, perhaps I should
go to bed.
