Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html IMHO - even a theoretical risk is too much. One of my concerns is the impact on soil flora/fauna, as well as rub off on hands and legs while working in the garden. When I bought the hardwood (fir?) for my beds, I mentioned to the lumber saleperson that I didn't want to use treated wood and he agreed. Untreated I expect the beds to last 3 years or so, which is fine with me. ______________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe, write to sqft-unsubscribe@listbot.com Start Your Own FREE Email List at http://www.listbot.com/
