Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Never got a reply on my yellowing bush bean leaves, so I thought I'd try
again. I really don't want to lose these plants as they are producing
nicely.
what does it mean when the lower leaves of the bush beans keeping
turning bright yellow? I can't find any other symptom of disease or
insect problems. Watering problem? The plants are producing nicely and
the beans
taste great. They are a haricot verte green bush bean from Renee's
Garden Seeds. I am watering every 3-5 days depending on the weather. I
have clay loam soil and mulched raised beds. Oh, and I did use the bean
innoculant when planting the bean seeds. The other plants in the same
box are doing well (no leaf yellowing problems).
thanks again folks! kim, zone 9, so cal
