Hello All.  I wrote to Listbot about the list being slow. They are aware
of the problem and sent this reply.

Unfortunately, there are currently some delays in the receipt of incoming
messages, which is resulting in mail delivery delays. 

Our engineers are currently working on clearing the resulting backlog and
hope to have the issue resolved shortly. We are very sorry about any
