Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I'm in Texas and have a prosperous little (2 4x4 raised beds) garden
going with tomatoes, various peppers, and cucumbers.
I had hoped to plant the remaining 4 open spots with onion sets but
the order I placed was cancelled.
Is it too late to be planting onions?
I'm kinda at a loss as to what to "plot in these 4 plots". I'm a
single dad with 3 kids so I have to be a bit selective in what will
be eaten from a harvest. First frost is *far away* here so I would
think I would have time but have read that after mid-June the short
sunlight days have an effect on onions (and not sure whether I'll
find sets in stock somewhere else).
Would welcome any and all opinions on "what to plant".
I look forward to all replies.
Steve
