Yes, put the tumbler in full sun. The heat of summer (presuming you're in
the Northern Hemisphere...) will hurry along the decomposition process.
Write back to us in a month and let us know how your process-time is
looking then.
I've always wondered if these convenient rotating tumblers work
well. Reviews by users in the newsgroup rec.gardens a couple years ago
were mixed but more favorable than unfavorable.
