I didn''t put in many plants, only nine in fact so I guess it won't be hard to net them up against those pesky birds   We do get robins here, the european kind, maybe they like strawberries as much as their  compatriots in the USA!

 This year I grew strawberries for the very first time.  They are just ripening now, and something has eaten half of the ripest and biggest.  I don't get rabbits in my garden, there are no raccoons here in Scotland.  Would it be birds?
