Hi Bob, in Canada!

Thanks for the incredibly detailed answer to my spinach question!  I love
spinach and just stood there looking at these flowers wondering if this
was supposed to happen and what do I do about them!

I do so appreciate your response!  Tomorrow is "picking spinach for salad
day" and leaving some leaves to continue growing!
