Dear List Members: I have a question about seed potatoes. Can I make them from old potatoes that have sprouted? I would like to plant those tiny red potatoes. I saved 3 (that haven't make any of those brown eye things) hoping to use them. Is this feasible? I also have some russets that do have all those things on them. Do I just cut them, leaving an eye, let the cut side dry for a day then plant? Your help is most gratefully appreciated.
