I am new to this list but have been a square-foot gardener for four
years now. My gardens have been invaded by many small flies. They are
a bit smaller than an average housefly, but larger than a fruitfly or
gnat.
Will these critters harm my gardens? Does anyone have a non-chemical
way of getting rid of these pests? (I live in Western Michigan). A
friend suggested that I spray a mild dish-soap and water solution on
the garden.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
