Re: To mulch or not to mulch....

Hi all,

With the exception of carrots,  I start all my seeds in separate little
containers and when they are of appropriate size,  plant them out into the
garden.  If the bed is already mulched,  I separate the mulch, and plant , and
then re-mulch up to the seedling.  Tho it is one added step,  this is a system
that has really worked well for me.  Janet.
