Here are some remedies from past replies to your question:

1) Self-rising flour. Sprinkle it around the ants. They injest it and
explode!
2) Mixing yeast with some molasses works the same way!
3) Crab boil for fire ants. It's the stuff you boil shellfish
in. Comes in a bottle in the grocery store. I believe the main
ingredient is cayenne pepper. So tabasco might work just as well.
Apply at sunrise or sunset when the critters are nesting.
