	The best thing to do is go down to the library and check out (or go to the
book store and buy) the book Square Foot Gardening. Besides being the book
that this list is based on, it is one of the most basic instruction manuals
on how to get a garden started. But it really takes the amount of
information one would find in a book, which might take months on this list.

	Although I am sure some folk will try, an e-mail list is not really suited
to giving the depth of instruction you may want. Once you have read the
book, and if you then have some specific questions about things you don't
understand, many of us  will be happy to answer anything which does not
require a book to explain 8-)
