Hi All, Well I am now using, paper cup, toothpicks, newspaper, popsicle
sticks and today I will add egg shells and long nails to some beans....so
far I have lost one with toothpicks and a few with newspaper...I think the
newspaper gets soggy and easy to push over and squish around, I have also
lost a few in cups...oh and I planted lots of marigolds around and through
the garden yesterday.....I have lost no beans so far, I have been putting
popsicle sticks around each one as they appear....well it seems that I am
beginning to get ahead in this battle....just lost two plants last
night........I was also told yesterday to put in garlic everywhere...we have
friends who do this and no pest problems and always lots of garlic...sounds
like a great combo.....Sharon in Ontario
