I got the Munchkin from Nichols and Small Miracle from Territorial. Links to
their web sites can be found off my site, listed below. I haven't tried
pruning them when small, but I have pruned them while they were in side
shoot production with no noticeable effect. I seem to recall something about
the head size being related to the size of the leaves when the plant reaches
the eight leaf stage. I'm not sure if that is relevant to what you are
asking but it came to mind, so . . .
