Ladybug larvae?

Hi folks - I've been on the web now for over an hour trying to find a
picture of a ladybug larvae with no success. The one I did find looked
like the larvae was black and yellow, but it wasn't a very clear
picture. Anyone know of a location of some good pictures? I have a
reddish and black 1/4" or so kind of spiky looking bug on some of my
plants. I have had a ton of aphids this year and have been seeing a few
ladybug adults, so I'm wondering if these are ladybug larvae.
Also, does anyone know if neem oil (Rose Defense specifically) kill
ladybugs?
