Has anyone had experience in transplanting garlic?  I planted Rocombole,
German Stiff Neck and Elephant garlic last fall.  All are up and growing
now--greens are about 8-12 inches high.  I'm moving to Wisconsin in about 3
weeks, and I'd like to dig them up and replant in my new garden.  Do you
think this would work if I include plenty of soil around the roots when I
dig?
Your opinions and experiences are appreciated.
