I, too, have had some toppling toms when using the circular ring cages. My
raised beds are in a fairly windy spot (my house is on top of a mesa, if we
may be said to have mesas in Maryland...).
The square cages are considerably more stable, plus they fold flat for
better storage in the off season.
Now if they'd only make them a full 6 feet tall so, after you stick 6
inches of the leg-posts into the dirt, they're still tall enough to help
contain the bigger varieties....
Gardeners Supply catalog has them, and I've also bought them (cheaper) at
Home Depot.
