Limeroid?

Hi everyone,
I sure hope that someone can help me out. I have been cleaning out my
father's workroom(junk room) and I came across a coffee can that had a
hand printed label on it that said "limeroid - to kill bugs". Can I use
this in my square foot garden. I don't even know what kind of bugs it
kills. I have no clue as to what this stuff is, is it safe to use or
should I get rid of it. I am leaning toward just getting rid of it but I
don't know if it would be okay to just throw it out or what!  Please
help.
