Bob,
What kind of Siberian tomato did you plant? The variety name? I've planted
many Russian heirlooms including Silvery Fir Tree (55 days), Black Krim,
Black Plum, Black from Tula, Southern Night and Wonder Lite.
The Black Krim and Southern Night withstood 22 degree nights in 1996 and
went on to produce huge crops. Russian tomatoes are tough and tasty.
