This is my first year nurturing chiles from seen also. I treat them
like I do my tomatoes (which I have grown from seed for about 4 years
now). I cover them with milk cartons that have the bottoms cut out.
Plastic bags should do. I would cover the edges of the plastic bag
with dirt so that they don't blow off. Also remember to take them off
in the morning so the babies won't bake in the sun.
