Cilantro is often used in Mexican dishes...mmm. Also, Hal, my iguana loves it. I would plant basil. I love basil. I've got 4 feet of it (square feet). One is finally sprouting (just noticed my first ones today) and the other three are large plants I bought at the nursery.
