I used to have wind problems when I lived in Hawaii. I made 2 foot by 5 foot
tomato cages out of tomato guard. Then four - 5 foot guarden stakes were
woven in and out of the tomato guard and driven one foot into the soil. These
were very secure even when wrapped in plastic.
