mixing peppers


I don't think the current fruit crop is too much affected but if you were to 
save seed from either, you might be in for a few surprises. (the hot peppers 
would probably increase the heat in the milder bells). And, I know in 
Belize, to make a Scotch Bonnet really hot, the growers will attempt to 
withhold water. Not an easy trick in the tropics and I can't imagine 
encouraging them to be any hotter either.  In dry conditions, even bell 
peppers will lose their moisture content, become more flavor intense, and 
SEEM hotter.
