Jan, I've used the standard tomato cage as a form (some of my cells leak, so they get a little lopsided).  Just turn it upside down.  It's just the right teepee form. Of course, my wall-o-waters were up the first week of March and have already been put away here in zone 7.

Ah, thanks! I just filled up and placed my walls o' water today, using 
your suggestion. I ended up using a 3.5 gallon bucket as a form, instead 
of a 5 gallon bucket. I'll let the walls warm up a bit and then plant the 
'maters and peppers inside them.

They never did "teepee" real well and they look funny as can be, but if 
they work as advertised, I won't care!
