There are good photos of screens at
http://www.mastercomposter.com

I will say that the Cantopper design I posted is not there, but should be, as it is superior to the others---takes less material, sifts more efficently, and cleanly---it is light in weight, the fines all end up neatly contained, as do the rejects...

If Satellite Screens, Inc. ever does another production run of their lawn and garden size screen, with electric motor, I would like to have a sift-off between theirs and mine---one thing is sure, mine is way cheaper!

Frank---he's not one of yer siftless gardeners, even if he has procrastinated on the website front....:-)

Hi I'm new to the list and have been using the square foot method for 4 years.  I garden in McCleary Washington which is zone 8.  My question is: What kind of soil screens have you used?  Page 64 of the Square Foot Method book shows an example of one.  Has anyone used this one?  Thanks for any input you may have.  Tracy Lusby
