Based solely on perennial catalogs I keep in the office, the answer
(because 0-10 degrees F. => USDA zone 7) appears to be "yes." Bluestone
lists the following min. USDA zone for the hydrangea in its catalog:
Arborescens: 3
Paniculata: 3 or 4
Petiolaris: 4
Quercifolia: 5
Macrophylla: 5 or 6
Wayside Gardens usually specifies the next zone up, but no min. zone is
greater than 6.
