 and did everything you wanted, what do you feel would be a fair retail
 price for it?  Also, would anybody else be interested in such a product,

Droool ..the idea of a program that could do all that...wow!!!!!! 
You could probably retail it for $25-35 easily..shareware for less money of
course!!
