Squirrels can present a real problem with gardening. I used to put bird
feeders around, but they destroyed
those too. I didn't put any bird stuff out last year because I am trying to
discourage the squirrels.
Some people have put out things just for the squirrels to enjoy and to keep
them out of the gardens. I
would be afraid that if I did that, it would backfire on me! I've heard of
people using those safe animal
traps too. Maybe if there is one large enough, I could use it to keep my
dog out of the gardens :)
As you can tell, I have a large problem with squirrels, as well as with my
large dog. Someone also
recommended to use coyote urine. I don't think they sell it around here,
but other towns may have it. I
wonder how it would work on repelling squirrels and dogs.
