Janet, the book by Dr. Male is out and has been since summer.  You can get
it at amazon.com or at bn.com.  It's a good book, but I was disappointed in
the fact she did not include some of my favorites.  But, taste and
preference is subjective!  Tomato season was fantastic here in Illinois.  We
picked up until mid-October and then carted 9 boxes indoors to ripen.  We
included the last of them in the Thanksgiving relish tray.
