Tomatoes

Not that I'm aware of.  Here in the SF bay area, intrepid gardeners often 
keep tomatoes going all winter by giving them frost protection (assuming 
they don't get a hard freeze).

I've bought flowering tomato transplants in the spring and had no problem 
with them when setting them out.  The biggest problem with bringing a 
garden-planted one in is that tomatoes will put down a huge root system 
when planted outside.  Use a LARGE pot, dig a large rootball for best results.
