Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html Hi All, I need some advise. All of my fall root crops (carrots, turnips, beets, radishes) are growing their roots above ground. They germinate just fine and the tops are ok - all were direct seeded. This is my first year of gardening this far south (50 miles north of Tampa) and I figure it must be something I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
