But I was raised in Knoxville!  Back then, using white pepper was considered 
very fancy.  I can't imagine the luxury of a hot pepper king in ET>

I've got some that I sprouted from a pepper a friend had.  It's a Habanera, 
small orange pepper that looks like a flattened bell pepper.  Bright orange.  
That's not it, is it?  I don't know the variety, but my friend says they're 
hotter 'n heck.
