I've ordered from both very occasionally and don't recall any discrepancy
in success rate across these two providers.
Pinetree is cheaper because they package fewer seeds per envelope, which is
a boon to most home gardeners, not a disadvantage.
Now don't get me started on Thompson & Morgan and their New Jersey outlet
in regards to germination....
