Re: Leaf Shredder


Thanks for the reply Margaret and Janet. Actually, I don't own a mower
but have 7 huge sycamore trees dropping leaves that normally get mowed
over (I pay someone to mow my yard). I end up with a lot of unmowed
leaves though that blow up into my beds around the house and usually
rake them out (leaving some for winter mulch). I thought it would be
good to shred them and add to my compost pile (since the leaves are so
large and I end up with quite a few that I usually add "as is" to the
compost). They take a while though to decompose this way. I'm not sure
if this model has a nylon string for cutting, it doesn't say in the
description.
