Re: Aphids on the cornstalk

For four ears of corn,  take you thumb and forefinger and smash the
little buzzards/aphids between them as you move your hand along the
corn. It's yucky, but it kills them. Or put a teaspoon of castile
soap or other soap, not detergent into a quart spray bottle full of
water and spray them. It kills the ants, too. Pretty soon the
ladybugs will come, but sometimes not soon enough. Good luck!
