Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Embarrassed to say but....... the horrible rat. We are extremely tidy folks
but our neighbors seem to have a problem that is running into our yard,
literally! We're doing all we can with bait stations etc. and we've asked
our neighbors to clean out a very old debris pile where our exterminator has
seen them come from so I hope the long tailed pests move out for good. I
just wonder if a garden in general is an "invitation" to these uninvited
guests?
I WILL have rabbits and squirrels to deal with also. Moles I obviously can't
see but with my luck they are probably just waiting for my first carrot to
gobble up.
I really want to give this whole thing a try. I do feel a little unsure of
myself to begin. But I imagine after I get out there and start I'll find it
consuming!
Hubby and I have six children and the size and what to plant have me wondering
also.
Enough for now. Thanks for the effort. Happy Fall prep!!
Lorraine
