Re: Concrete blocks bleed lime?

I talked to some of my gardener friends that are much more informed that
myself, and one vegetable "expert"  said it could be that some leaching is
happening, but what she thinks is really causing a problem for you could be
the heat built up in the blocks, and the lack of circulation and air in the
soil.

I have seen on T.V. where they suggest planting in blocks, and I was going
to try it myself.

I am curious to see what other gardeners have to say about this.
