Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Sweet potatoes are not a suitable fall crop for most people, as they thrive
on heat.
And, for them to develop full flavor, they need to be cured and to age for
some time.
A good book on sweets is Sweet Potatoes for the Home Garden: With Special
Techniques for Northern Growers, by Ken Allan, Green Spade Books, ISBN
0-9683241-0-X
I got my copy from Mapple Farm, wingate@nbnet.nb.ca , a New Brunswick source
that ships to the States and Canada, where I also got my Georgia Jet slips,
now also in need of harvesting and curing.
Hope this helps,
Frank Teuton
