HIST: help with ID?

  • Subject: [iris-photos] HIST: help with ID?

I hope someone can help out on this one - a request for an ID by our
very own 'Mr. Mallorn Archives', Chris, who's been keeping the iris
archives alive and well all these years. He says:
<I've had this iris in my garden for a while (received from my mother,
who received it from my grandmother about 10 years ago):

[shows the whole plant in a nice sized blooming clump]
