OT: Photos

I received two photos that are frozen in my in box.  They are:

TB Lindsay  (sent by Pat)
TB  Rip City  (sent by Pat)

I can not open, delete, move or view them in Verizon's home page.  Were 
they very large photos or did they have any unusual feature that might 
have caused this?  It appears others have been able to open them.  I 
have run out of ideas and any help would be appreciated.  I am running 
Netscape 7 browser.
