Doesn't quite match the registration description:

OGB.  S. and style arms light tan red blend; F. red brown blend, red brown
blaze around dark red black beard; ruffled F. recurved; slight fragrance.

I guess it could be.  I've been surprised at the glowing reds in Flanagans
things.  This one looks typical of the others that seem to match well.  The
color in the photo is a pretty good depiction of what is seen.
