An easy way to save imbedded photos is to right click on the photo then click  Save As.

I have no idea why my question was not with the reply, but here it is again:

How do you save imbedded photos?  I save attached photos using the ?Save Attachments? command on the File menu, but it does not work for embedded photos.

With photo that are attached I must download/store them to a file before I can view them. With imbedded photos I can view the photo before deciding if I wish to permanently store the picture.
