Another take on the bloom. Some plants fade in my harsh sun. Some fight back. Some are only at their best in it. A few love both sun and shadow. PS loves both. This photo lost the pink, but the radiance it displays in sunlight is hinted at in the picture. It was taken with afternoon sun hitting it directly. I've found photos to be frustrating because I want them to capture what you see and the aura and feel the plants give you including what sticks in the mind when you turn your back to them. Asking too much, I suppose.
