ADMIN: File and Message Sizes

Not the I don't think everyone is appreciative of all the photos being 
posted, and as soon as mine start to bloom I will be posting a lot too.

However, I think it is time for a general reminder:

Please remember that some people do not have fast internet connections, 
so try to keep your picture file sizes to 50 KB or less. If you want to 
send multiple pictures in the same message, please limit your total 
message size to 200KB.
