In the midst of a couple of dozen deep blues from my “Faux Yaquina Blue” cross with Amethyst Winter what do I find this morning but a bright red with yellow beards! These are all growing where they were planted, so I know there could be no mix-up.
I don’t have a picture right now, but in the midst of a row of reds, browns, yellows and blends of the same from Golden Raspberry X Wearing Rubies is a bright two-tone blue. Surprises never cease.
