I've struggled for days to get the color on this correct on my little camera. Finally, at a cloudy overcast noon, the colors are mostly correct.  (And I thought blues were hard). Thank goodness there's been several blooms over a period of time.   BLOOD COVENANT (Hooker Nichols, R. 1990), Sdlg. 8602E. SDB, 12" (30 cm), EML S. light garnet brown with tan undertone; F. garnet brown edged S. color; beards brown gold. Pony Express X Sheer Energy.
