My season ticket has five fall, four standards in Paradise, zone 8, 80 degrees

Some irises just have a tendency to have some blooms with 4 petals, nothing you've done, more pronounced some seasons than others.. Season Ticket can have up to half it's blooms with 4 petals.

Thought I'd send an overall pix of the spacing between these.  It was also about the same spacing between plants on the Butter Pecan that had the 4 falls. But Butter Pecan is on other side of yard.!  So I can't believe it's the soil.

Does anyone have a guess as to what causes this?  I know I put extra iron out last yr. but don't think that should have this affect.
